My Story
Hi I'm Rachel, fifteen years ago, I walked away from a manager role in the corporate world. On paper, I’d done everything “right” — a university degree, a home, a nice car, stamps in my passport — yet inside I was exhausted, disconnected, and living in a cycle of burnout. So I sold everything that didn’t fit into two suitcases and moved to New Zealand, determined to strip away the noise, the labels, and everyone else’s expectations so I could finally meet the woman underneath it all. That leap became the first of many initiations — a commitment to discovering who I truly am and what I’m here to create. Since then, I’ve spent nearly 15 years immersed in personal development and investing in various certifications: studying the nervous system, somatic healing, energy work, and leadership with high-level mentors, while living the very tools I now teach.
But my real training came from life itself. Five years ago, I gave birth while having my own rebirth process, miles from family. I’ve known the ache of a marriage ending, life threatening health scares, the sting of bank accounts in the red, the quiet desperation of scrounging for coins to buy diapers. There were nights I questioned whether my life had any worth. And still, something inside me refused to give up — a whisper that there was more for me if I just kept going one day at a time, and that my own self-love would be the key. Piece by piece, I rebuilt my life with courage I didn't know existed, purpose, and allowed myself to rise higher.

Today, I live in a small beach town in New Zealand, where I can hear and see the ocean from my windows and walk in nature every day. You’ll often find me dancing in the kitchen, sipping a matcha latte in the sun, or chatting with locals at the café. I value quiet mornings, intentional time with loved ones, and the simple joy of living in a small community.
From this place of grounded abundance, I guide high-achievers to do what I had to learn the hard way: to surrender and trust without losing their edge, to work towards goals without sacrificing their health or relationships, and to create intimacy and freedom while leading powerfully.
My leadership wasn’t born in a seminar; it was forged in fire, resilience, and the drive to have it all without carrying it all— and it’s from that depth that I walk beside you, helping you return to yourself so you can lead, love, and succeed from a place that feels whole and alive.
